GROUNDWORK — The Facilitator Training

Something new is taking root.

The next intake opens in 2028. Join the waitlist and be the first to hear when enrolments open.

The work continues. The centre begins.

All Belong: Centre for Family & Systemic Constellations is a new centre — born from years of deep practice, observation and a commitment to this work being done with integrity and care.

The training program is currently being reimagined. We are taking the time to shape something that truly reflects the depth and breadth of this work — grounded in the Northern Rivers of NSW, with an in-person residential component and online learning woven throughout.

We are not in a hurry. We are building something that lasts.

Looking to begin your facilitator training in 2027?

If you're feeling ready to begin your journey as a Family & Systemic Constellation facilitator in 2027, I'd encourage you to have a chat with Margarete Koenning and Antonia Kersting, my former fellow directors at the Systemic Constellation Academy.

Having worked closely with both of them, I've come to know and appreciate the unique qualities, experience and passion they each bring to this work.

Margarete Koenning

In-person Facilitator Training — Maleny, QLD | March 2027

Margarete is an elder in the field of Family & Systemic Constellations, bringing many years of experience in teaching, facilitating and guiding others in this work. She has a deep passion for group work and brings a wealth of practical knowledge and lived experience to her teaching. Her ability to hold groups and create opportunities for learning through direct experience is something I've always valued about her.

Antonia Kersting

Facilitator Training — Northern Rivers & Sydney | March 2027

Antonia brings a breath of fresh air to Family & Systemic Constellations training, combining new ideas and fresh perspectives with an impressive depth of theoretical knowledge. Her passion for women's work, intellectual curiosity and ability to bring complex systemic theories to life are some of the qualities I particularly value in her as a colleague and teacher.

My personal recommendation

My personal recommendation is to give both Margarete and Antonia a call or send them an email. They are both highly skilled and fantastic teachers of this work, each bringing something different and valuable.

Having a personal conversation with them is a wonderful way to get a feel for their approach and discover which training feels right for you.

While I'm taking time to develop the next ALL BELONG facilitator training for 2028, I'm very happy to recommend them both.
