About

A centre born from belonging

ALL BELONG is an Australian centre dedicated to the professional training and ongoing development of Family and Systemic Constellation practitioners.

Founder & Lead Facilitator

Melanie Enders

Mel has been working with Family & Systemic Constellations for around 18 years, drawn in through her own personal healing journey and a deep curiosity about the invisible forces that shape our lives and relationships.

Originally from Germany and now based in Australia, Mel brings a rich background in Psychological Sciences, Counselling, Gestalt therapy and Homeopathy. She has studied Family & Systemic Constellations both in Australia and internationally, and was previously a co-founder and director of the Systemic Constellation Academy, where she was involved in training and supporting the next generation of facilitators.

Her approach is warm, grounded and deeply human, drawing on both contemporary psychological understanding and a holistic appreciation of the many dimensions of human experience. Trauma-sensitive practice, relationships and the significance of belonging are central to her work.

Mel has a particular passion for working with blended families, exploring the unique challenges that arise when different family systems come together.

Through ALL BELONG, Mel hopes to create more than a place for professional training. Her vision is to bring together a community of facilitators and helping professionals who are curious, reflective and committed to their own personal and professional growth — a place where we can continue to learn from each other, share experiences and deepen our understanding of this work.

Alongside ALL BELONG, Mel maintains her private practice, where she supports individuals, couples and families through counselling and family constellation work.

We believe that when practitioners are well-held, the people they work with are better held too.

The Story Behind ALL BELONG

ALL BELONG was born following the closure of the Systemic Constellation Academy, which Melanie co-founded together with Margarete Koenning and Antonia Kersting as a place for learning, professional development and connection.

With the closing of the Academy came a desire to continue nurturing the community that had grown around this work, while creating space for something new to emerge.

ALL BELONG — Centre of Family & Systemic Constellations was established with the intention of continuing to bring people together through high-quality facilitator training, professional development, supervision and community gatherings.

The vision is to create a home for this work in Australia — a place grounded in systemic understanding, professional standards, ethical and trauma-sensitive practice, and a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of both practitioners and the people they serve.

Above all, ALL BELONG is a place for learning, connection and growth, welcoming those who are new to Family Constellations alongside experienced practitioners wishing to deepen their work.

What we stand for

Belonging

We believe every person carries an innate need to belong — to their family, their community, their lineage. Our work honours that need and creates space for it to be met.

Integrity

We hold ourselves to high professional and ethical standards. We work within our scope of practice, seek supervision, and remain committed to ongoing learning and accountability.

Trauma sensitivity

We approach all constellation work with an awareness of trauma and its effects. Safety — for clients, participants and practitioners — is never an afterthought.

Systemic thinking

We see individuals always within their larger systems. Healing that acknowledges the whole — family, lineage, culture, community — tends to be more lasting and more true.

Humility

This work asks us to hold what we know lightly. We remain curious, open to surprise, and respectful of the mystery at the heart of constellation work.

Community

We are building a community of practitioners in Australia who support one another, share learning, and carry this work forward with care and commitment.

Our approach

Family and Systemic Constellation work, as taught and practised at ALL BELONG, draws on the foundational contributions of Bert Hellinger and the many practitioners who have developed and refined the work since — including those who have brought trauma-sensitive, attachment-informed and somatic perspectives.

We do not teach a single fixed method. We teach practitioners to develop their own grounded, ethical and responsive way of working — informed by systemic theory, attuned to the field, and always in service of the client's own knowing.

Our training is experiential. We learn through doing, through witnessing, through being witnessed. We believe the practitioner's own inner work is inseparable from their professional development — and we hold space for both.
