ALL BELONG was founded on the understanding that systemic work — when held with care, knowledge and integrity — can open something profound. This centre offers a space for meaningful learning, personal exploration and professional growth, grounded in systemic understanding, psychological knowledge, trauma-sensitive practice and experiential learning.
Our approach is human, grounded and thoughtful — honouring the rich tradition of Family & Systemic Constellations while integrating contemporary psychological understanding, trauma-sensitive practice and the deeper dimensions of human experience.

Our professional training programme is currently undergoing a process of reflection, review and renewal. We are taking the time to ensure the next training is grounded, rigorous and truly fit for purpose. The next intake is planned for 2028.

About the Founder
Melanie Enders
Facilitator, Counsellor & Educator
My journey with Family Constellations began through my own personal experiences and a curiosity about the things that shape us — our families, our relationships and the stories we carry, often without even realising it.
Over the years, this work has become such an important part of my life, both personally and professionally. I've had the privilege of learning from many wonderful teachers, working with people from all walks of life and being part of training the next generation of facilitators through the Systemic Constellation Academy.
After many years of working in this field, I felt drawn to create something new. ALL BELONG is a place where I hope to bring together people who share a love for this work — to keep learning, asking questions, exploring different perspectives and growing alongside one another.
For me, it's not just about teaching a method. It's about creating a community where we can feel connected, supported and inspired by one another.
